The second part of my order from Eden was their Tea Sampler Pack (includes Bancha, Genmaicha, Hojicha, and Kukicha). I’m normally not a big tea drinker, but I figured I’d give them a shot. So far I’ve tried the Hojicha and Kukicha, both of which I like, though I think I’m leaning toward the Hojicha.
Tomorrow I’m going to try soaking an Umeboshi in the Kukicha for 5 minutes. I also want to try this half Kukicha, half apple juice mix I’ve been hearing about.
